This Elan piece totally surprised us!  We thought it was a cute simple dress, but it's so much more!  You get two for one.  First this sweater is the best little fall sweater vest.  So you can wear it by itself, or over the spaghetti strap black dress.  Then you can wear the beautiful little black dress now, by itself, and once fall hits, pair your favorite sweater or cardigan over it.
